My greatest fear would be the implementation of a chat bot with our Tech department. I mean it would likely help with low level queries like why won't my projector turn on. Or something easy like that. It would certainly free up the technicians to work on tickets that were more difficult. My fear would be loss of tech jobs, and the dreaded chabot loop where you can't get a hold of anyone real to get some help. Interesting concept though.

Interesting perspective, I'm assuming you are on a tech department. you mentioned that it would create a loss of jobs, I believe that this has already happened within customer service. For instance, employers can have the chatbot answer simple customer service questions while saving money by not paying extra employees.
